Oatey Executive Team Announcements


Oatey Co. has announced several new appointments within their executive team. Jamie Clapper will serve in the newly created post of Vice President, ecommerce; Blake Oatey has been appointed Vice President, International Development; and Erin Drotleff has been appointed Vice President, Sourcing.
In collaboration with various departments, Clapper will lead ecommerce strategy across the entire Oatey organization and will expand Oatey's omnichannel ecommerce footprint. Clapper brings more than 15 years of strategic digital merchandising to the position. Clapper holds a bachelor’s degree in Product Development from The Ohio State University.
The promotion of Blake Oatey to Vice President, International Development, is reflective of the company’s focus on growth in strategic international markets. In this expanded role, Oatey will continue to build international relationships and to develop products best suited to regional needs. Oatey is a graduate of Furman University with B.A. in Business Administration.
Drotleff will continue to lead Oatey’s sourcing team while undertaking an expanded strategic role as Vice President, Sourcing. Drotleff has provided strategic guidance and expertise in procurement processes and supplier relationships since joining the sourcing department in February of 2020. In her expanded role, Drotleff will continue to define and implement strategic initiatives to ensure Oatey’s Sourcing function is positioned to support Oatey’s continued growth. Drotleff hokds a Master of Business Administration degree from Case Western Reserve University.
