NADCA President and Chairwoman
The National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) — also known as the HVAC Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Association — welcomes April Yungen as its newest, and first female, President and Chairwoman of the Board.
Yungen founded Air Management Industries in 1997, a company that provides commercial air duct cleaning and air balancing services throughout Southern California. She has served on the NADCA Board of Directors since 2015, and currently serves as Chair of NADCA's Certification and By-Laws Committees. She has been a member of NADCA since 1997, and has served in several leadership roles throughout her tenure. She holds Air Systems Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) and Certified Ventilation Inspector (CVI) certifications.
“We are delighted to welcome April as our newest President and Chairwoman of our Board of Directors,” said Jodi Araujo, CEM, NADCA's Chief Executive Officer. “She’s a long-time board member and her volunteer efforts are impactful, as she has led several committees for the organization over the years. April brings diverse experience and leadership in the HVAC system cleaning and inspection industry, and is committed to strengthening mission-critical solutions for our members. She has been, and will continue to be, an incredible asset to the NADCA Board of Directors and the industry at large. And we're so excited to have elected our first female leader since the founding of NADCA in 1989!”
