Marcone Plumbing comprises the PlumbMaster, Speakman and Wolverine Brass brands.

Shearer brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role from his previous leadership positions in the plumbing industry. Before joining Marcone Plumbing, he served in various executive roles at Ferguson Enterprises, Fortune Brands Global Plumbing Group and Moen Incorporated, where he spearheaded transformative initiatives and achieved remarkable business growth. His passion for innovation and commitment to customer satisfaction align seamlessly with Marcone’s values, making him the ideal leader to spearhead the Plumbing business.

In his role as President, Shearer will lead Marcone Plumbing's efforts to continue providing exceptional plumbing solutions and services to its loyal and growing customer base. He will also be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, expanding the company's market presence and identifying new opportunities for growth.

This appointment comes as part of Marcone's commitment to strengthen its leadership team and foster continued growth in the entire organization. Marcone also recently announced Jon Kirby as the new Executive Vice President of Supply Chain and promoted Jason Scott to Executive Vice President of Operations. Kirby brings nearly 35 years of supply chain experience from major global companies that include Barclays and AstraZeneca. Scott previously held the role of Chief Operations Officer for Marcone Plumbing.
