Caleffi North America has announced Kayla Redding as the new Regional Sales Manager for the Western United States. Redding brings a combination of distinguished academic credentials and over seventeen years of experience in the manufacturing and construction industries.

Redding shares one of Caleffi’s most prominent values, demonstrating a deep commitment to Excellence in Education. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from York College of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Ashford University. Beyond her impressive professional background, Redding has completed the challenging IRONMAN competition not once but twice, underlining her dedication and perseverance.
