SJE has announced that Bjorn Haldorsen has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer. Haldorsen joined SJE in May 2022 as President of the Engineered Division. Mike Suter, the current Chief Executive Officer, will transition to the SJE Board of Directors.

Haldorsen has had a successful business management career, with leadership roles in manufacturing companies and across diverse industries, technologies and routes to market.

Prior to joining SJE, Haldorsen was President of North America at Colson Group. He spent 18 years at Flowserve Corporation and served in various regional and global leadership roles that culminated in the role of Vice President and General Manager for the Industrial Pump Operations. Haldorsen also spent 8 years at Honeywell International.

“Since joining SJE, I have had the opportunity to work with a lot of talented, hard-working team members and look forward to growing SJE to new levels of performance.” Haldorsen said. “I knew when I joined SJE it was a great company, and I am honored to become CEO.”

Haldorsen received his bachelor’s degree in Purchasing and Logistics Management from Arizona State University and his M.B.A. in International Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
