Oatey Co. Named Company of the Year by Engage! Cleveland

Oatey Co. was recognized as the Company of the Year in the large company category at Engage! Cleveland’s second annual Generation NEXT Awards. Since 1916, Oatey has provided reliable, high-quality products for the residential and commercial plumbing industries, committed to delivering quality, building trust, and improving lives. 

Engage! Cleveland is a community-engagement organization for young professionals and business/community leaders passionate about making Cleveland a lasting home for the next generation. The Generation NEXT Awards honor companies and individuals working diligently to attract, engage, and retain young professional talent in Cleveland.

Oatey earned the designation of Company of the Year in the large company category for its robust efforts to recruit young professionals and support their professional and personal development. Oatey’s Emerging Professionals Group, which was honored as Program of the Year in last year’s Generation NEXT awards, provides a meaningful platform for strong, engaged, and dynamic young professionals from around the business who are interested in growing professionally through networking and community involvement.

In addition, Oatey offers a best-in-class Intern Experience program: a 12-week immersive, multifaceted, and experiential program created to provide interns with a bridge from their formal academic education to a meaningful professional career. The competitive, paid internship program offers visibility, networking, and hybrid learning and work experiences for college students.
