In addition to celebrating 50 years of manufacturing in the area, NIBCO honored 8 new employees that were inducted into the 25 years of service club at the event. Several employees were honored for 30, 40, 45, and 50 plus years of service as well. In Stuarts Draft, over 25% of the employees have been working at NIBCO for 25 years or more, and the company did a great job celebrating. Employees enjoyed a program where they heard from NIBCO’s VP of sales, Ashley Martin and CEO and president, Steve Malm. Local government officials also attended to thank and celebrate the years of work and achievements of the Stuarts Draft plant.

The NIBCO marketing team, led by Sally Boyer, put together a museum room in the Stuarts Draft plant where employees can go to appreciate the history, see a timeline of events, and look at tables full of NIBCO history mementos.
