A. O. Smith University Introduces New Online Training Courses
Interactive, virtual classes designed to accommodate busy schedules
A. O. Smith has announced a new series of online training courses through A. O. Smith University. The weekly virtual courses will educate customers on sizing, service and installation techniques for A. O. Smith’s leading water heating technologies.
The courses will take place every Wednesday in a live, online format and will feature an interactive Q&A. Through the courses, sales representatives, distributors and contractors will gain the skills and knowledge needed to improve sales service quality, simplify installation and maintain top-tier performance.
“Educational resources are vital to industry professionals and we continue to expand our offerings so customers can utilize the resources that best fit their needs and schedules,” said Jerry Winslett, A. O. Smith national field marketing manager.
The first three classes of the month will feature a focused one-hour broadcast covering key topics such as features, applications and installation best practices. During the final course of the month, attendees will dive deeper with an extended three-hour advanced technical training broadcast designed to provide in-depth expertise and professional guidance.

March 26, 8:00 a.m. CST – Voltex AL Hybrid Electric HPWH — three-hour class
April 2, 9:00 a.m. CST – Adapt+ Gas Tankless
April 9, 9:00 a.m. CST – Cyclone Style High Efficiency Commercial Modulating Products
April 16, 9:00 a.m. CST – Commercial Electric CHP HPWH
April 23, 9:00 a.m. CST – Voltex AL Hybrid Electric HPWH
April 30, 8:00 a.m. CST – Adapt+ Gas Tankless — three-hour class
